Summary
Cabinet stand - Gilt-gesso stand with Indian masks at the shoulders, a scallop shell in the centre of apron, flat strap ornament in the frieze and gadrooned top edge moulding. English, Goodison, c.1720.
Provenance
seen in the Dining Room by Loveday in 1732. Probably acquired by Robert Myddelton; Myddelton ante-room until June 1991 when NT acquired by private treaty (with F/117).
