Summary
Ceramic Lion. 'Blanc de Chine' Buddhistic lion. One of a pair. The lion is sitting on a square plinth which has a joss-stick (incense) holder. The right front paw rests on a brocade bauble. There is a decorative pendant around its neck. It originates from the Dehua kilns in China c.1700.
