Summary
Coin A Spanish/Peruvian Carolus III 8 Reales silver coin. The obverse shows a bust of Carolus III facing right surrounded by the inscription CAROLUS III.DEI.GRATIA.1782. The reverse shows a crown surmounting a shield with a pillar on either side, surrounded by the inscription HISPAN.ET.IND.R.AE.M.I.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
