Summary
Roller blind. A treated cotton roller blind with the fabric printed in a blue and grey foliate design with butterflies and fern. The fabric is tacked to a cylindrical wooden roller with metal fittings at either end and with machine stitching on two sides. The wooden batten has a maker's label printed in black and orange.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
