Summary
Soap box. One of two George II spherical silver soap boxes with a spreading moulded foot, writhen finials and a cover pierced with arabesque scrollwork. Both covers are engraved with addorsed eagle head crests.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973
