Summary
Longcase clock hood. A hood for an English, early 18th century longcase clock. The domed hood has triple carved flambeaux finials. The maker was Elizabeth Ratcliffe's father, who also made the coffin plate for Elizabeth Yorke.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
