Summary
A mahogany-framed toilet mirror, English, circa 1835. The glass in a surround with rounded top corners and veneered in figured mahogany. Raised on a pair of columnar supports topped by Ionic capitals and ball finials. The base with projecting and rounded front corners and base moulding, and raised on flattened bun feet. -- This mirror, like many of the toilet mirrors at Erddig, has been later decorated on the reverse with paper and textile floral motives, and a watercolour landscape scene.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
