Summary
A small beech-framed footstool, English, late 19th century. The loop-pile fabric cover to the top fixed with metal studs atop red leather straps. The frame with line-moulded rails atop turned legs with flared turned feet. Each side with four small bulbous-turned spindles.
Provenance
Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
