Summary
Vase cover A cover for one of a pair of Worcester powder blue hexagonal vases and covers, the slender baluster bodies with bouquets of flowers and insects, in reserves with elaborate outlines, the blue ground decorated with gilt sprays of flowers; the domed covers with pointed knops, c.1770s.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
