Summary
Candelabra part. A George III cut-glass candelabrum, with icicle centre stick, surmounted by an umbrella and pineapple finial, suspended twin chains of facetted bead-shaped drops supported by snake arms the front with scrolled candle arms terminating in nozzles; a star-shaped drip pan raised on facetted domed foot.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
