Summary
One of a pair, tapestry squab cover, woven with wool in shades of brown and blue in a design of large abstract scrolls. There is a multi-coloured fringe in red, cream and silver, around two sides, indicating that they must have stood on squab frames placed in corners, perhaps of the Long Gallery. It is displayed on squab bench 1139986.2.1.
