Summary
One of five well-preserved or conserved petit-point (floral) sprigs, worked in coloured silks on canvas ground over paddding, with red felt backing and white silk thread surround. Ten sprigs in all. Five sprays include hazel, cowslip, primrose, Tudor rose and honeysuckle. Early 17th century.
