Summary
Ground floor plan of a large unidentified mansion in the Gothick style, with principal area shaded in grey and possible proposed additions shaded in pink. It has been suggested that it may represent Ashridge Hall, Herts. Alterations and names of rooms have been added in pencil. Unsigned and undated. No watermark.

Unattributed, possibly for Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Baron Scarsdale[?]. By descent to Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale and the Kedleston Estate Trustees. Acquired by the National Trust through purchase in 2002.
