Summary
Outline sketch of a house plan with a central block and two pavilions. With note: "Gopsal Mr Penn Curzon", which refers to the Hon. Penn Assheton Curzon, who owned Gospall Hall (Leicestershire) before his death in 1797 and was the nephew of Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Lord Scarsdale. Possibly drawn by Admiral Henry Curzon, youngest son of the 1st Lord Scarsdale.

Created possibly by Admiral Henry Curzon, whose papers are kept in the Kedleston archives. By indirect descent to Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale. Acquired by gift as part of the transfer of Kedleston Hall to the National Trust in 1987.
