Plan of a model farm to be built on Burley Hill nr Quarndon, Derbyshire. Numbered scale. Areas labeled and measurements given. Above drawing in ink: "A Plan of a Farm house and Offices for the Rt Honble Lord Scarsdale proposed to be built at Burley". Unsigned and undated, but attributed to Samuel Wyatt. Watermark: Strasbourg lily with monogram LVG. See also CMS inv. no. 109221 and 109222.

Attributed to Samuel Wyatt for Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Baron Scarsdale. By descent to Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale. Acquired by gift as part of the transfer of Kedleston Hall to the National Trust in 1986.
