Summary
Front elevation and plan of a square pigeon house, with measurements. Triple-line scale. Inscribed above drawings: "Design of a Pigeon House". Pencil note: "This was to be built according to the figures it is drawn too high" [possibly in the hand of Lord Curzon]. Unsigned and undated, but attributed to Samuel Wyatt. Edges appear to be cut. Watermark: Strasbourg lily, with initials LVG.

Attributed to Samuel Wyatt for Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Baron Scarsdale. By descent to Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale. Acquired by gift as part of the transfer of Kedleston Hall to the National Trust in 1987.
