Summary
Design for a building with a central block containing a sash[?] window and two small wings; perhaps a design for a pavilion. Scale in feet. Above drawing there is a questionmark in pencil. Unsigned and undated, but attributed to George Richardson. Watermark: Strasbourg lily.

Attributed to George Richardson for Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Baron Scarsdale. By descent to Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale. Acquired by gift as part of the transfer of Kedleston Hall to the National Trust in 1986.
