Summary
Painted plaster, an unknown gentleman, British School, c. 1775-1850. A painted plaster bust of a gentleman in classical drapery, looking out to proper left. He is in middle to old age, balding, with curled hair and sideburns, a prominent brow and nose and heavy lips.

Purchased in 1987 by the National Trust from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000).
