Summary
A mahogany and satinwood cross banded lined press, English, circa 1800. The moulded cornice above a pair of panelled cupboard doors enclosing three linen slides above two short and three long drawers, raised on bracket feet.
Provenance
Purchased in 1986 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000). Gifted to the National Trust in 1987 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
