Summary
One of a pair of George III pier glasses, in giltwood frames carved with fluting the tops with sphinx crestings, partly fluted vases, festoons and wreaths of flowers. Probably made by John Linnell for Lord Scarsdale's London house in about 1772 and brought to Kedleston at a later date.
