Summary
A mahogany and inlaid tub chair, English, circa 1910, with a curving toprail above a piercing above the upholstered back panel centred by an inlaid patera between leaves. The arm supports slender ring- and vase-turned spindles either side of an oval seat, raised on square-section tapering front supports terminating in spade feet. Stamped under rear seat rail: '20238.' Upholstered in pale green silk with white stars.
