Summary
A kingwood and brass-mounted marble-topped display cabinet or vitrine, French/English, late 19th/early 20th century, in Louis XV style. Topped by a slab of white, grey and red-veined marble, above a glazed door and glazed sides enclosing two shelves before a mirror. The glazed door with floral paterae mounts. The canted corners with mounts cast as pendant garlands of husks. With shaped apron and four cabriole legs with acanthus-cast sabots.
