Summary

Three quarter length jacket of navy wool with navy satin machine appliqued motifs in three front panels forming fastenings and a half belt suspended from panels with rounded edges. Collar and cuffs of white felt and red velvet with black and white braid and red and black applique. Sleeves full at cuff.
