Theobald" [i.e. Elizabeth Louisa Penelope Grey, Countess of Stamford, née Theobald (1865-1959)]. Passed "with credit in St John I - vi." Signed by Chairman of Council "W Warburton." On engraved card with device and ornamental border. Formerly DUN/F/105, drawer A.
