Summary

Prayer card, printed in red and black, with header: League of Prayer and Service. With 'Daily prayer' and 'prayer at 12 noon (whenever possible)'. Undated but presumed to be from the time of World War One by context; daily prayer refers to "our anxious and troubled world." From Lady Stamford's Bureau, top of bureau on felt.

Stamford collection; devised to the National Trust by Roger Grey, 10th Earl of Stamford (1896-1976).
