Summary

Manuscript letter signed by Alfd H Gomm, Superintendent Missioner of the Ashton, Stalybridge and District Adult Deaf and Dumb Society, to the Right Honourable the Earl of Stamford, dated: 27 October,1917, congratulating Lord Stamford on attaining his majority, with the hope that he may be blessed by Divine Providence with health and happiness and long life to worthily uphold the tradition of your House."
