Summary

Printed document to the Right Honourable the Earl of Stamford, signed by various members on behalf of the burgesses of the Court Leet of the town of Altrincham, and dated: 27 October, 1917, congratulating Lord Stamford on attaining his majority, and regretting that it is "undesirable to hold public recognition of this important event" during the war. Bearing silver & blue embossed armorial device at head. Formerly 'Glazed bookcase 3rd drawer.'
