Mr and Miss Balfour's reception at the First Lord of the Treasury's official residence in Downing Street, 9/5/02, attended by Earl and Countess of Stamford. Cutting is affixed to printed sheet of Romeike and Curtice, Press Cutting and Information Agency, … London, and inscribed to "La Stamford" [i.e. Elizabeth Louisa Penelope Grey, Countess of Stamford, née Theobald (1865-1959)]. First of six in bundle.
