Summary
Sketchbook (similar to DUN/D/845+6) with dark blue textured cover, black spine and black elasticated band, containing brightly-coloured watercolours of places and landscapes by Catherine Vaughn. The interior bears a white label with red and black print for 'Solid Sketch Block' by Winsor & Newton Limited, Oxford St., London, W. There is a second, smaller label, white with blue print, for Alfred Freke, Artists' Colourman... Cardiff. The sketchbook also contains some loose sketches, possibly not in the same hand (?).
