Summary
Internal telephone consisting of a circular wooden fitting designed to be wall-mounted, with white plastic push button and black metal mouthpiece into which to speak. A circular black Bakelite (?) earpiece hooks via a brass ring onto a brass hook on the wooden fitting and is attached via a textile-covered cable. 'VALET' is printed on a small, white, rectangular, plastic/bone label below the push button.
