Summary

One of a collection of circular hanging Christmas decorations consisting of a layer of gold tinsel and a layer of coloured cellophane topped with a cut-out coloured paper picture and suspended by a wire. This decoration has a layer of red cellophane and a picture of a child's face. There is an extra section of long silvery tinsel attached.
