Summary
Rusty two-part kitchen implement consisting of a round, tinned ferrous metal, pan-shaped base part, tapering slightly towards the top, with a turned wood handle and copper base. This base part has a fixed lid with a hole in the middle with brass collar and screw thread into which the top part screws. The tinned, ferrous metal top part is upturned-bell-shaped with a perforated base, copper collar at the bottom, brass screw thread and short length of lead pipe; the brass screw thread screws into that on the base part and the pipe protrudes into the base part.
