Summary
Two turned oak head posts, each with a square section at the point at which the headboard and end and side rails would be attached to the posts. Each post also has a fillet with which to retain the headboard, single bolt holes to receive end/side rails with one bolt at each end, and a metal top spike; (a.ii) is missing the top part of the post and therefore also the top spike. Part of a child's oak four-poster bedstead.
