Summary
WWII British General Civilian Respirator, believed to be manufactured by Siebe Gormon, in shaped, black leather case with front flap, small top carrying handle, zip pocket on reverse and long shoulder strap. The respirator, which is now stuck fast inside the bag, is made from a single sheet of thin rubber with an oval cellulose acetate window and three-point webbing head harness. The filter was made of tinned plate formed from sheet metal.
