Summary
One of three square, yellow (with red print), paper envelopes, each in turn containing a square of 'Dental Tooth-Stopping' - enamel to be softened in very hot water and pressed into the tooth cavity. This envelope is cut in half (the top half missing) and with only half the enamel remaining. Contained in a wrap of cream paper.
