Summary
Rectangular, clear glass bottle with rounded sides, cork stopper and two (once) white paper labels with black print (one label applied over the other): Boracic Acid (Boric), dispensed by A. H. Burgess, The Central Pharmacy, Stamford New Road, Altrincham; made in England. A small notice for the Poisons and Pharmacy Act 1908 appears in red print on a paper label at the bottom.
