Summary
Rectangular piece of cream paper with bottle green embossed print, addressed 'ST. CLERE / KEMSING / SEVENOAKS'. The paper is dated '25 September 1919' and includes some comprehensive handwritten (ink) directions for taking granules of Strychnine, Hyosciamine and Bromhydrate Morphine (DUN/MISC/...) described by the author of the note as 'anti nausiques de Charles Chanteaud'. Some of the directions are underlined in red pencil. Neither the author of the note, nor its recipient, is named.
