Summary
Narrow, round, brown glass bottle tapering to a narrow neck, with a black plastic screw cap and a white paper label with drak blue print for J.T. Holding & Son, Dispensing Pharmacists, 44 Railway Street, Altrincham. Handwritten directions in blue ink, possibly ballpoint pen, read 'The... Lady Stamford'; 'Sept / 57' is handwritten in the top right hand corner in pencil. The bottle is embossed '100' on the base. Contains a white substance and clear liquid (a label instruction reads 'Shake the Bottle' to combine).
