Summary
Small, rectangular, shallow metal tin containing twelve 'Vaporole' Aromatic Ammonia (for use as smelling salts), manufactured by Burroughs, Wellcome & Co. (The Wellcome Foundation Ltd.), London, and supplied by J.T. Holding & Son, Pharmacists, 44 Railway Street, Altrincham. The tin is applied with silver paper with blue print; '4 / 8 1/2' is handwritten on a sticker in blue biro. The contents are in tact - small cylindrical items, each contained within a creamy, soft net tied at either end.
