Small, hexagonal, brown glass bottle with black plastic screw cap with central hole, white and red (very dirty) circular paper label applied to the front for 'Frank A. Rogers, 1 Beaumont St., Wimpole Street, London, W.1.' and with the handwritten (in ink) directions 'The M... / to be used twice / daily / The Countess of Stamford... 24084'. There is a pink/red resin-type substance stuck to the cap.
