Summary
Small rectangular piece of green crepe paper with a strip of black fabric stitched along lengthways with red thread; part of a collection of crepe paper fancy dress items, also including: (a) a short, red, crepe paper skirt with black fabric band stitched around below the top; (b) a short, green, crepe paper skirt with black fabric band stitched around with blue thread just below the top; (c) a longer, red and green, crepe paper skirt with black fabric band stitched around just below the top; (d) a longer, green, crepe paper skirt with black fabric band stitched around just below the top; (e) round military hat covered in red crepe paper and with white and black paper decoration.
