Brown paper packaging on which is handwritten in ink: MR MORRIS / THE LODGE / DUNHAM PARK / ALTRINCHAM (e). Contains four rectangular white enamelled metal plates with a hole at each corner and black lettering: PLEASE TURN ON / COLD WATER FIRST.
