Summary
Wooden stereoscope, the edge of the eye-piece lined with red velvet, and with a turned wood handle on a brass hinge below. Accompanied by a plain rectangular wooden box with lock (no key) (b.2), containing twenty three black and white stereographs for use with the viewer (b.1).
