Summary
Pencil in holder, designed to look like a bird. Red/orange Wolff's "Royal Sovereign" pencil, made in England, inside a tall, narrow, pink-stained wood stem on circular base and topped with a painted (probably once white) bird's head with long yellow beak and black eyes. The paint is deteriorating, revealing the pink-stained wood underneath.
