Summary
Small newspaper article entitled 'How did the ladies cut the carpet?' featuring an image of three Japanese ladies and a child with a carpet and a puzzle to solve regarding the dividing up of the carpet between the three ladies; from a collection of cuttings contained in green cardboard box (DUN/TOY/263, a), lid missing, 'The Wolsley unshrinkable women's white wool bodices, short sleeves', with further paper scraps, a small plain pair of steel scissors, and cardboard strip with three hooks and seven eyes stitched in place.
