Summary
Brown envelope (a), handwritten in ink, 'Blue Ribbon / Reel silk / for Mayor / 1938?'. Contains: (b) one length of royal blue medal ribbon; (c) two strips of red and white striped medal ribbon, each with the sides stitched together down most of the lengths; (d) a length of blue moire silk medal ribbon with metal pin in top and stitched in a band; (e) a royal blue moire silk fragment; (f) length of royal blue watered silk medal ribbon stitched into a point at the bottom; (g) length of royal blue watered silk medal ribbon stitched into rough points at each end and stitched at top with blue thread loop; (h) rectangular fragment of blue silk (?) damask; (i) rectangular fragment of light blue glazed cotton.
