Summary
'Tooty' box made from wood or possibly cardboard with fixed, clear plastic top. Inside the box, visible through the top, is a large circle within which are further circles decreasing in size. Inside these circles are written predictions and warnings. The centre circle has the months of the year, days of the week and 'yes' and 'no' within it. Repeated 'Yes' and 'No's intersect the circle, dividing it into quarters. At each corner of the box is an arrow pointing to ASK, AND, 'TOOTY', WILL TELL YOU.
