Footman's day dress coat, dark blue wool, raised nap; lining black cotton satin weave partly quilted, white cotton satin weave printed black and blue stripes; trimming, eighteen silver metal buttons 27 mm diam and four x 17 mm diam with 'S' initial and coronet, on reverse side 'Firmin and Sons Ltd London'; six false buttonholes, two false buttonholes, one coat hanger, two tail pockets, one inside breast pocket.
