Summary
One of four plumes to the state bed. The finials and feathers on the bed are based on those from the Darnley bed at Holyrood House, made from crimson velvet and gilt braid and include a mix of male and female ostrich feathers bound to a central stem and topped by a spray of heron feathers. Made by Annabel Westman and team. The feathers were supplied by the Ostrich Company, c. 2007.
