Fabric, red cotton warp and weft, damask warp satin ground, plain weave motifs; design, repeat 2005 mm x loom width, formal plant motifs; trimming, a. red/beige cotton satin weave interlining cotton bumf, b. crimson and gold mercerised cotton fringed braid 55 mm; limning, a. interlining of buckram, b. cream cotton satin weave; structure, tacked to window fittings side sections returned to wall and shaped to architrave each end, fabric over buckram and lined throughout, trimmed on all sides including corners, fringe at lower edge only, handsewn.
